Proudly produced by Christchurch City Council, Winter Fireworks Spectacular will deliver a cracker fireworks display set to your favourite 80s bangers featuring iconic hits by Queen, Whitney Houston, Bon Jovi, Talking Heads and more.

A huge thanks to Firework Professionals for putting on the show and to The Hits, Youth Hub and Crowne Plaza for their support of the Winter Fireworks Spectacular.

Choose from a great selection of kai from the local vendors onsite. Check out the North Carpark for some pre fireworks family entertainment with DJZ will be providing the tunes from 6pm - 7.20pm!

If bad weather forces the postponement of the fireworks, it will be announced via the What's On Facebook page, What's On Facebook/Instagram page and via The Hits. The call to cancel may not be made until just before the fireworks start at 7.30pm. The postponement date is Sunday 7 July.
