The Fizz and Floods of Family Life

An exhibition of archaeological artefacts that explores what family life was like on Raven Quay in 19th century Kaiapoi.

Christchurch Archaeology Project presents this exhibition which explores what life would have been like for the men, women and children who lived on Raven Quay, Kaiapoi, in the 19th century. It draws on the artefacts recovered during the archaeological excavation of a house site there, along with a range of historical sources.
