Stormwater Superheroes - Christchurch Envirokids

Envirokids is a year-round programme run by Christchurch Envirohub Trust. We provide different environment themed activities for children.

Become a Stormwater Superhero! Join us for an action-packed session all about stormwater and our urban waterways. Through games and interactive learning, discover how water moves through our neighbourhoods, meet the mighty tuna, and learn how superheroes like you can protect our streams.

Learn: Explore what stormwater is, how our everyday water use connects to drains and streams, and the simple choices we can make to keep pollution out of our waterways. Learn why healthy streams matter for people, plants, and animals.

Create: Get hands-on with the Tuna and Drains mat game and other fun activities as you play, explore, and uncover what helps keep our waterways clean and healthy.

Bring your whānau along for a morning of learning, teamwork, and fun—together, let’s become stormwater superheroes and protect the life flowing through our urban waterways!
