Repair Cafe & Community Market

Bring along your broken items for free fix-it advice, plus tips on home maintenance and woodwork.

Want help to alter or hem clothing? Need home maintenance advice? Looking for woodwork skills or tips?  Broken item needs attention?  

Then come along to our first-ever Repair Cafe and speak to one of our volunteers.

On hand will be: 

  • Bishopdale Men’s Shed
  • a home maintenance DIY-er
  • clothing machinist
  • generalists who love glueing, using tools and fixing things

BYO small items to for repair advice and practical help. No guarantees we can fix it, but we will try! 

Repair. Reuse. Build your own! 

(Please note: Electrical items can only be repaired by a registered electrician).
