Meet in the Middle Dallington

In this guided walk, you'll learn about the recent history of the Dallington Loop - from establishment in the 1890s, and the red zoning after the earthquakes.

This guided walk will start at the recently completed Dallington Landing (on the Dallington side of the Gayhurst Road bridge) and walk along the river through the red zone.

We will talk about the history of the area from establishment in the 1890s, what happened during and after the earthquakes including the red zoning process, and future plans for the area.
