Good Trouble: Eastside Multicultural Exhibition 2022

Good Trouble is coming to Eastside Gallery this February for the annual Multicultural Exhibition.

While the phrase originated in the American Civil Rights Movement, local artists were invited to approach the theme in any way they liked.

All sorts of artistic Good Trouble will be in the show, from graffiti art to works that respond to environmental destruction, colonisation, pretty pests, India’s Salt March, Chile’s Mapuche conflict and much more. The show features the work of 19 local artists.

Opening event

  • 5.30pm to 7pm, Monday 31 January 2022. Vaccine passes and masks will be required at the opening event.
  • Refreshments will be served in accordance with the Covid-19 red traffic light setting.

Gallery

  • Open: Tuesday to Saturday.
  • Classes start from 10am.
  • Galleries open 12noon to 5pm.
