Friends of Crosbie Park Streamside Working Bees
Join the Friends of Crosbie Park to help care for the existing planting along the Ilam Stream. All are welcome.
We have a series of scheduled working bees, plus our annual planting days in June and August, to enhance the park. We’d love for you to join us – it’s a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded people, contribute to your community, and nurture the local ecosystem.
What to expect:
- Brief introduction and health and safety briefing.
- Weeding, watering, and general maintenance.
- Gloves and tools provided.
What to bring:
- Gumboots or closed-in shoes.
- Gardening gloves (if you have them).
- Clothes suitable for working streamside.
- Sun protection.
- Drinking water.
