Dutch Kings Day/Koningsdag celebration

The Netherlands Society is hosting you for a family fun day out with lots of games, decorate your bike, and lunch in the afternoon.

Koningsdag for young and old. Wear something orange and bring your decorated bikes and scooters.

Lunch, games and vrijmarkt for the children. You can also sell your toys or books, etc. at the vrijmarkt, followed by lunch for all ages. Children bring your decorated bike or scooter – the best decorated one wins a prize.

  • Boeren golf
  • Koning prikken
  • Jeu de Boulle
  • Ballen gooien
  • Blikken lopen
  • Sjoelen
  • Spijkerpoepen

Lunch menu

  • Pea soup and tomato soup
  • Broodje kroket
  • Tompouce (custard square)
