Crosbie Park Streamside Working Bees

Join the Friends of Crosbie Park to enhance the park and stream with low-key streamside working bees. All are welcome!

Join the Friends of Crosbie Park and help make a difference in our local community!

We have a series of scheduled working bees, plus our annual planting day in August, to enhance the park. We’d love for you to join us – it’s a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded people, contribute to your community, and nurture the local ecosystem.

What to expect

  • Brief introduction and health and safety briefing.
  • Weeding, watering, general maintenance.
  • Gloves and tools provided.

What to bring

  • Gumboots or closed-in shoes.
  • Gardening gloves (if you have them).
  • Clothes suitable for working streamside.
  • Sun protection.
  • Drinking water.
