Holi has always aimed to promote unity in Christchurch and is built on the traditional themes of forgiveness and togetherness.
The event provides a welcoming and inclusive space to come together as one city and celebrate the many different people who call Ōtautahi home.
Holi 2024 will focus on building an understanding of different cultures in Christchurch through showcasing traditional performances, food, games and stories.

- Wear old clothes as the colour may not wash out.
- Wear comfortable flat shoes that you don't mind getting stained.
- Bring cash to buy colour and enjoy delicious Holi food.
- Parking is limited so plan your trip before the day.
