Celebrate Bishopdale 2021
Celebrate Bishopdale is a free annual family event at Bishopdale Park. Bring the whānau along for live performances, arts and crafts, food stalls and more.
Celebrate Bishopdale includes entertaining stage performances from local school groups, artists and organisations, numerous information stalls, have-a-go activities, and arts and crafts.
There is food for sale and local groups are selling their wares for fundraising.
Heaps for the kids to do: bouncy castles, face painting, stone carving, soft archery and the Police will be there with their radar gun to test your speed.
New this year are Sport Canterbury’s play activators and top team equipment, Canterbury Cricket with their dive mat and PLAY team, YMCA gymnastics have-a-go and Bishopdale Harewood Scouting activities. And the ever-popular Fire and Emergency NZ and NZ Police are back.
Will only be run in Alert Level 1.
Postponed if raining to Sunday 21 November 2021.
