Big Bargain Book Sale
Calling all book lovers! Christchurch City Libraries' annual book sale is back. Grab great books at even greater prices.
Pay by cash, EFTPOS, payWave, or credit card.
- Fiction and non-fiction $3
- Young adult and children's books are $1
- Magazines are 20 cents each (5 for $1)
- Premium books (including books on art, landscape, gardening) are at marked prices
- Large print $3
- Audio-visual items such as DVDs, CDs, etc are $3.
It doesn't matter when you come to the book sale, as new stock is put out all the time.
Please bring your own bags to carry books.
Transport, traffic and parking: You can get to Pioneer Recreation and Sport Centre on the Orbiter, 60, 1 and 44 buses:

The Pioneer carpark will be busy during the Book Sale, so allow time to get a park. You will need to follow the one-way signage into the main carpark.
