At its meeting on 11 November 2021 the Council adopted the Christchurch City Council Freedom Camping Bylaw 2021. The bylaw comes into force on 1 December 2021, and will replace the Freedom Camping Bylaw 2015. The bylaw can be accessed on the Council website, and at Council libraries and service centres. Copies of the bylaw are available on request, and at no charge, from Council libraries.
