You can find copies of the draft Trade Waste Bylaw, the Cleanfill and Waste Handling Operations Bylaw and the draft changes to the terms and conditions of the Waste Management Bylaw 2009 at Have Your Say(external link) on this website.
Copies may also be viewed at all Council Libraries and Customer Service Desks during the consultation period. There is no separate consultation document for the terms and conditions of the Waste Management Bylaw 2009.
You can make a written submission on the Draft Cleanfill and Waste Handling Operations Bylaw 2015, or the changes to the terms and conditions of the Waste Management Bylaw 2009, until 5pm on Monday 13 July 2015.
Council will accept submissions on the Draft Trade Waste Bylaw 2015 until 5pm on Thursday 13 August 2015.
