Christchurch is set to buzz over the next week with an action-packed line up of major events coming to the city.

Bread & Circus - World Buskers Festival

The party is on the streets of Ōtautahi Christchurch this summer holidays, with an action-packed event programme of world-class busking pitches, fantastic ticketed shows and eye-popping free spectacle events to celebrate the festival’s 30th birthday.

The Hot Spring Spas T20 Christchurch Black Clash

The Black Clash is back on Friday 20 January from 6.30pm at Hagley Oval. . The Hot Spring Spas T20 Christchurch Black Clash in association with Heartland is returning to Hagley Oval in Christchurch with the series locked at two-two after a convincing win to team rugby earlier this year. 

This carnival-style event is dynamic and highly entertaining, celebrating the very best of New Zealand sports.

Treetech Sparks 2023!

Family favourite, Treetech Sparks, is back to delight the crowds and light up the Christchurch skies on Saturday 21 January from 6.30pm – 9.30pm.

The Christchurch Symphony Orchestra leads a line-up of talented local musicians, singers and performers. Classic tunes, modern favourites and awesome cultural collaborations are on the programme ahead of the grand finale fireworks display.

Elton John - Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour
