The submission period was due to end on 1 April but the Council has decided to extend the submission period until the end of this week.

The deadline for submissions is now 5pm on Friday, 5 April.

“The terrorist attack has rightly occupied people’s minds over the past two weeks and some people who were planning on making submissions may not have had the chance to do so yet,’’ says Mayor Lianne Dalziel.

“We want to give people extra time to give us their feedback on this important document so we are extending the submission period until the end of this week.’’
