Start processing a consent application within:

  • 12 working days for residential.
  • Five working days for commercial.

January 2025 Statutory processing timeframes of within 20 working days:

  • 98.7% for residential (February to date: 100%)
  • 92.5% for commercial (February to date: 84.7%)

Inspections

The current average timeframe to book an inspection is:

  • Eight working days for residential.
  • Seven working days for commercial.

Code compliance

  • Seven working days for residential.
  • Five working days for commercial.

  • 97.9% for residential (February to date: 98.1%).
  • 95.1% for commercial (February to date: 97.3%).
