  • One working day.

Start processing a consent application within:

  • 11 working days for residential.
  • Five working days for commercial.

February 2025 statutory processing timeframes of within 20 working days:

  • 100% for residential (March to date: 99.1%)
  • 91.5% for commercial (March to date: 83.7%)

Inspections

Last updated: 24 February 2025.

The current average timeframe to book an inspection is:

  • Eight working days for residential.
  • Seven working days for commercial.

We are currently handling a high volume of inspection requests. We understand the inconvenience caused by delays in inspections, and we are actively working to minimise the waiting period.

Code compliance

Start processing a code compliance certificate application within:

  • 11 working days for residential.
  • Five working days for commercial.

  • 98.9% for residential (March to date: 98.8).
  • 98.2% for commercial (March to date: 89.4%).
