Service location work has been completed and the work has been split into two sections.
The first involves watermain relocation work which will be done during day time hours from 23 April 2019 to 29 April 2019. During this time one southbound lane of Main North Road will be closed, and westbound traffic on Prestons Road will be detoured to the Daniels Rd intersection.
The second section of work will now not happen till the July school holidays. These works are planned to commence on 5 July 2019 and will take two weeks, concluding on 22 July 2019. An update notice will be delivered before this section of the work commences.
Neither package will require night-works.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
