Details

What this means for you:

  • We are adding rock cobble clusters to some sections of the Heathcote River to provide desirable habitat for certain native fish species.
  • This work is unlikely to cause any major impacts as most of the work is happening along the river banks.
  • There are no road or footpath closures expected.
  • The most significant impact is there will be road shoulder closures during the works and in the case of Riverlaw Terrace near Tennyson Street a traffic contra flow will be in place.
