Details
- The works are on Council land within Linwood Park and do not have any impact on private property access
- Linwood Sports Field will be closed during the works.
- Construction machinery/vehicles will access Linwood Park from Linwood Avenue
- Heavy machinery will be used to strip and re-level the existing surface, and install the drainage and irrigation systems
- There will be increased noise and dust which will be controlled and minimised as much as possible
- Safety is our number one priority. Safety is your responsibility too. Stay clear and stay alert. Please keep children and pets a safe distance from the worksite and construction machinery
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
