This work will provide the base needed for the new Hornby Centre and carpark. Construction for the building will commence in July 2021. |

Kyle Park at the eastern end adjacent to Waterloo Road and Smarts Road. |
When |
Work will start on 15 March 2021 and is expected to be completed by late June 2021 (weather dependent). Work will be undertaken between Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm. |

Details
- The work will involve removing the trees, minor excavation, and backfilling with gravel
- A site fence will be erected and traffic management installed to protect pedestrians
- There will be heavy machinery operating with construction plant and vehicle movements taking place during the day
- There may be increased noise and dust during these works which we will minimise as much as possible
- Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
