The existing pipes have reached the end of their useful life and require replacement.

Where

Contact

The contractor is Downer NZ. Phone Marc Bos on 0800 026 420 between 7am to 5pm.

Details

  • The work will be carried out across different stages to reduce the traffic and access impact
  • Brougham Street will remain open at all times
  • Traffic management restrictions and detours will be in place (one-way closure and road closures) on Selwyn Street and Somerset Crescent. Please follow all temporary signage
  • All businesses located near the work area will remain open and signs will show how to access the shops and where to park
  • The work may result in increased dust, noise and vibrations. We will try to keep any disruption to a minimum
