- We are upgrading the Canon Street/Madras Street intersection and need to temporarily create a one way section - eastbound to Madras Street (no westbound entry to Canon from Madras). We are completing new drainage and constructing new kerb and channel alignments on the west side of the intersection.
- Please follow signs and detours in place. Lane shifts will occur where required. This may mean that we will need to restrict road side parking close to the intersection.
- Care should be taken when exiting driveways and when turning from Canon or Madras onto other streets.
- We will keep you informed throughout the project with any updates or road traffic changes.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
