Details
When works commence, the Dampier Street entrance way at Ferry Road will be closed to vehicles to allow the connection to the existing brick barrel to be constructed. This will take approximately one month and then the new pipeline will be installed back as far as 12 Dampier Street.
Vehicle access into properties at this east end of Dampier Street will be restricted although continual pedestrian access will be maintained. The contractor will door knock all affected residences before access is restricted, so as to allow movements beforehand. The new pipeline route is shown in green below.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
