The contractor is Brian Perry Civil, phone 021 863 067 between 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Advise us if you have specific property access requirements e.g. medical visits, home help, large vehicle deliveries, planned works. |
Traffic management will be installed to keep both the workers and local road users safe.
Please be aware that the road will be closed while the sewer is being relaid.
Property access may be blocked off during working hours. Residents will be notified in advance should this be the case.
On road parking will not be possible during the works.
The laterals will be renewed along with the main.

Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
