The head contractor is Fulton Hogan Ltd Phone 03 349 7039 between 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Please advise if you have specific property access requirements e.g medical visit, home help, large vehicle deliveries or works planned which could be affected during this time. |
Access in and out of Stanley Park via this existing path will be closed during the construction of these new steps. Signage will be in place to direct pedestrians around the closure for the duration of this project.- Traffic management will be in place during the construction to direct traffic and pedestrians. There will be a road shoulder closure along Beach Road with the loss of 2-3 parking spaces before the fire station.
- There will be a moderate increases in construction related noise and activity along Beach Rd during this process
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
