Details
- The Community Centre will occupy the site spanning between Caledonain Road and Colombo Street
- A carpark will be constructed on the Caledonian Road site, to the south of the Centre
- Initial works involve driving piles for the building foundations. Some of this activity is noisy but we will make every effort to minimise disruption
- The building is almost entirely of timber construction. Cranes will be operating to lift large timber panels into place to form the floors, walls and roof of the building
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
