- The piles will be removed with a crane and a vibrating attachment, with a barge used as a working platform.
- A tug boat will be deployed to manoeuvre the barge.
- The extracted piles will be transported by barge to the Lyttelton Port Company land reclamation site.
- The work is expected to take four weeks, depending on sea and weather conditions.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.

Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
