The contractor is City Care phone 0508 248922 between 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Advise us if you have specific property access requirements e.g. medical visits, home help, large vehicle deliveries, planned works. |
- Due to the limited road width, blind corners, and location of existing underground services, Cannon Hill Crescent from Bridle Path to Janice Place will be closed in stages as the work progresses.
- For residents within the closure: during work hours, vehicle ingress and egress will not be possible, however access will be restored at the end of each working day. If you have any concerns or questions please contact the City Care Project Manager Bruce Johnstone 027 285 0878
- To avoid disappointment and for safety reasons, please do not attempt to use this section of Cannon Hill Crescent as a through route. Please follow traffic management signage and if in doubt please enquire with the City Care staff on site.
- The submains will also be renewed.
- Working Hours are 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
- No night work is currently planned.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
