Details
- From Monday 27th – Wednesday 29th September, Cashel Street between Manchester and High St will be closed to allow for road resurfacing. Works will also include the installation of the threshold at the Cashel/Manchester St intersection and for service lids adjustment.
- Access to High Street between Cashel St and the Manchester/High/Lichfield intersection will be provided from Manchester St by Muse Hotel. For the duration of this closure, traffic will be two-way in this section of High St.
- Detours will be in place so please follow the signage and be mindful that the trams will be running along this section of High St whilst the works take place. Our friendly team will be on hand for any questions.
- Pedestrian access will be maintained, please follow the signage. The speed limit around the site is 30 km/h so we can keep the workers safe.
- We know this work is disruptive so we appreciate your patience whilst these works are taking place. Our contractors will be working hard to complete the works as quickly as possible, whilst staying safe. Please be safe and be kind.
Noise
There may be increased noise, dust and vibrations during work but it shouldn’t impact on your power, water, gas or phone services.
Safety
Safety is our biggest priority so please keep children and pets away from worksites.
Bins
Please put your bins out as usual before 6am on your collection day. Our crew will move and return them if needed.
