If your enquiry is about your wheelie bins please call 03 941 8999 and press 5 or email: info@ccc.govt.nz (we will endeavour to get back to you within one business day). If your wheelie bin has been missed please be prepared to provide the following details:
What time did you put rubbish/recycling/organics bin out by?
Has a sticker been left on the bin? – If so council will not come back until next collection.
Was lid up? – if the lid is up even slightly it will not be collected and council will not come back.
What is the serial number of the wheelie bin(s)?
