Please allow four business days for the processing of your request. If your settlement date is within three days or your request is urgent, please call us at 03 941 8999.

For all submitted settlement requests, you will receive two separate statements:

  1. Property rates statement:
  2. Water rates statement:
    • Sent on the day of settlement, even if no payment is due.
    • If you have not received this by midday on the settlement date, please contact watersettlements@ccc.govt.nz.

Cancel any active direct debits?

Please note, if cancelling a direct debit before the instalment due date, a 10% penalty will be applied to the amount of the instalment remaining unpaid at the due date.
