Bring the gym into the studio! Elevate your strength but do it in a group setting. A full body workout consisting of low repetitions but with high gains. A combination of weights equipment and training methodologies will be used.
All our centres are open. Capacity restrictions have been lifted so you can enjoy the pools (please note: Pioneer’s main pool, wave pool, spa and sauna is closed for six months from Saturday 14 November), fitness centres and group fitness classes with friends and whānau.

Bubbletimes, Sleepytimes, adult swim lessons and the full Swimsmart programme have resumed. Swimsmart bookings are now open.
Tumbletimes, preschool gymnastics and the Southern Centre are all open and running as normal.
