Bubbletimes and Sleepytimes

Casual water-confidence session designed for preschoolers.

Visiting Recreation and Sport Centres during Alert Level 2

Graham Condon, Jellie Park, Taiora QEII and Pioneer remain open.

  • Fitness Centres and pools do not require bookings.
  • For group fitness classes and Tumbletimes, to help manage numbers and avoid waiting times an online booking process is in place.
  • For programmes such as Swimsmart, pre-school gymnastics, the Southern Centre and sport group bookings, the standard booking process applies.

Due to COVID restrictions, there may be some delays to entry. Please be patient and kind.

Bubbletimes

The splash and play activities are suitable for preschool children from six months to under five years to help build water confidence. 

Parents/caregivers must accompany children in the water (maximum of one adult to two preschool children). Phone 03 941 6888 for enquiries.

Sleepytimes

Begin your aquatic journey through our new Sleepytimes for preschoolers class. This class is designed to build water confidence while building on mental and physical development through play.

Set in a calming environment it will also help tire your loved one ready for bed. 

Fees

Bubbletime/Sleepytime session Fee
Single session (one parent/caregiver and one child) $4.40
Additional child from the same family/whanau $3.40

Bubbletimes and Sleepytimes classes will resume on Monday 18 January 2021.
