Life throws all sorts of challenges and adversities at us. It’s not what happens to us when these things happen, it’s how we handle them that can change our lives. Sometimes how we handle these problems makes us stronger, more capable and a better person.

Theo (Ted) Feldbrugge from Total Training wants to share his 30 years’ worth of leadership and mental agility experience with you. He’ll be focussing this talk on providing you with methods and strategies to cope with stress and pressure for everyday situations.

If you book a space but can no longer make it, please use the link within the booking confirmation email to cancel your seat so that others can attend.

A little more about Ted

In 2009, a devastating cycling accident left Ted totally paralysed. He had a broken neck and a damaged spinal cord. After months of rehab in the Burwood Spinal Unit, Ted was eventually diagnosed with Browns Sequard Syndrome which left him partially paralysed down one side of his body and little feeling on the other.

A keen sportsman in many different sporting fields, Ted now had to put all his learnings and studies into practice. Since his accident Ted has furthered his academic qualifications in Business Studies and Psychology to encompass Positive Psychology, the science of optimal performance. He works extensively in High Performance Sport with both coaches and athletes, and mentors and assists many business leaders and owners across multiple sectors incorporating positive psychology into his workshops and presentations.
