Proposal to build new changing rooms

The North Hagley Community, Sports & Recreation Trust propose to build changing rooms, including showers and toilets, in its leased area in North Hagley Park.

The proposed building footprint is 299.87 square metres. A variation to the lease will be required to accommodate the new building.
