The Council invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the recreational use of part of the former tennis/netball pavilion, and all of the courts area, on the Akaroa Recreation Ground at 28 Rue Jolie.
The available premises consist of half a building, which contains main/store rooms, toilet and veranda, totalling approximately 84m2, and three asphalt courts and adjoining areas, totalling approximately 2,118m2. The courts are in serviceable condition although some maintenance is required on one.
