An Extraordinary meeting of the Bus Shelters Hearings Panel was held on Friday 4 September at 11.02am. In accordance with Section 51A of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the following resolution was carried:

Notes: The Hearings Panel notes its desire to retain the bus stop indent in future development of Halswell Road and this be communicated to NZTA’s design team.
Staff will negotiate with the owner of 64 Halswell Road on the final placement of the bus shelter.
