Notice of Extraordinary Meeting 4 September 2020 Resolutions

An Extraordinary meeting of the Bus Shelters Hearings Panel was held on Friday 4 September at 11.02am. In accordance with Section 51A of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987, the following resolution was carried:

That the Bus Shelters Hearing Panel:

  1. Receive the information in the staff report.
  2. Recommend to the Spreydon-Cashmere Community Board to approve the installation of a bus shelter at 64 Halswell Road.

Notes:  The Hearings Panel notes its desire to retain the bus stop indent in future development of Halswell Road and this be communicated to NZTA’s design team. 

Staff will negotiate with the owner of 64 Halswell Road on the final placement of the bus shelter.
