Proposed granting of new lease for Mount Pleasant Pottery Group
This public notice is in accordance with the requirements contained in Section 59A of the Reserves Act 1977 (The Act). The Council is proposing to grant a new lease to The Group over the community building located at Redcliffs Park Te Rae Kura for a period of up to 20 years. The Council has completed an open procurement process with the preferred respondent having been determined as the ‘Mount Pleasant Pottery Group’.
