Blighs Garden, South New Brighton Proposal No. 15/16-22

Christchurch City Council invites proposals from parties interested in purchasing the former croquet clubroom buildings situated on the Council owned premises known as Blighs Garden located at 75 Tovey Street and in leasing the ground upon which those buildings sit.

Blighs Garden is a recreation reserve administered by the Christchurch City Council under the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977 (‘the Act’).

The Council proposes to sell the buildings (which are comprised of a main clubroom and two ancillary sheds) to the successful applicant for $1. The successful applicant will be identified through the Request for Proposals process.
