Quality of Life Survey
The Quality of Life Survey is a biennial survey of resident perceptions of well being in New Zealand's larger urban areas. The random survey of 5,000 respondents includes a sample of 500 Christchurch residents. It is part of the wider Quality of Life Project, which covers Auckland, Wellington, Hutt, Porirua, Christchurch and Dunedin. Below are the Christchurch results for the 2012 and 2008 surveys.
