Construction is being carried out in stages around the extended route.
Right now, work is being carried out in High Street between Cashel Street and Lichfield Street and is about to be completed on Oxford Terrace and at the intersection of Manchester Street and Lichfield Street. Work will start before Christmas on Colombo Street just south of Cathedral Square.
Construction has been completed through City Mall, at the intersection of Colombo and Hereford Streets and along Poplar Street.
