On reserve at the foot of the pathway to Visitor Centre and Park Ranger HQ in Victoria Park. It was at the old entrance to Victoria Park but was moved several years ago.

Description
A volcanic rock column with a marble plaque commemorating the opening of Victoria Park on June 22 1897 on the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria.
